Gyotaku Fish Prints |

These original prints are currently available. Originals are inked on handmade papers from Thailand. Careful attention is given to the colors of the fish in regards to selection of inks and paper. The signed and numbered limited edition print is on 100% rag using archival fade resistant inks. Call or write for a free brochure and ask about our framing services. I believe every fish caught has a story. Below you will find a brief description of the specie and how the fish was captured.

Three of Spades on Rice Paper
I've always been intrigued with Spadefish. In such beauty, they live on the reefs and wrecks. When I'm fishing over the reef they will rise as if in some tranquil dance saying "Catch me Catch me". This painting captures their ability to seemingly float and glide thru the water.

Kingfish
In my opinion the Kingfish is the most exciting sport fish. Traveling at speeds in excess of 50 mi. per hour, a Kingfish can dump a spinning reel in less than a minute. This Gyotaku print was made directly from a 15 lb King taken off Sarasota. Serious Kingfishers don't pass this print up.
